i almost yacked at the gym today. inferno legs II killed me, it was amazing! i love this feeling after a hard training sesh. i’ll post a modified version of it to do at home if you are unable to use any gym facilities.  smooches! C

Deputy Sheriff “Inferno” introduced me to this leg workout.  It will definitely leave your legs burning! Squats 4/20 Alternating Lunges 4/20 Box Jumps 2/20 Leg Raises 4/20 Leg Curls 4/20 Standing Calf Raises 3/25 Seated Calf Raises 3/25 For those glutes, try this: Bench Step-ups 3/20 (each leg) Reverse Diagonal Lunge 3/20 (each leg) Lateral Lunge 4/20 Hyperextensions 4/20
