FIT FEBRUARY
I <3 that — FIT FEBRUARY! Spent the evening in because my back has been spasming [insert sad face here], but I’ve had time to research A LOT of new workouts for the new month. I can’t wait to share them with you and see the results for myself.

i almost yacked at the gym today. inferno legs II killed me, it was amazing! i love this feeling after a hard training sesh. i’ll post a modified version of it to do at home if you are unable to use any gym facilities.

For those glutes, try this:

Breakfast In Bed
The boyfer made me a yummy breakfast this morning of oatmeal, fresh strawberries & organic soy milk, and scrambled eggs (1 whole egg + 2 egg whites). Having someone support your healthy lifestyle is just another way to stay motivated and one step ahead of your goals. Thanks DenDen <33
